We offer a simple delivery charge policy. For orders under Rs. 1500, there is a nominal delivery charge of Rs. 99. However, if your order value exceeds Rs. 1500, there will be no delivery charges applied.

Upon placing an order, you will receive email confirmation. This confirmation will include details of your order.

We offer the convenient option of Cash on Delivery (COD). If you choose COD, please ensure that you make the payment to the delivery rider before opening the package.

Orders within Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad will be delivered within 2-4 days. For other cities, delivery may take 3-5 days. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the safety and integrity of the products.

Delivery FAQs

To facilitate a smooth resolution process, please record a clear unboxing video prior to opening your parcel. If the NOG Tech envelope is torn or the seal is broken, we kindly ask that you refuse the order to prevent any potential issues. It is important to note that video proof is required for claims regarding lost or damaged items; claims without video proof cannot be processed. This policy ensures the validity of claims and safeguards customers against fraudulent activity.

Please be informed that, as per the terms and conditions of Cash on Delivery (COD), customers are not permitted to open the package before making the payment. The courier company strictly adheres to this policy. After making the payment and acknowledging the delivery, customers have the right to request a return or exchange. However, it is important to note that the return shipping expenses will be the customer's responsibility. Kindly refrain from pressuring the delivery person to open the package before making the payment, as this goes against the COD rules in Pakistan. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Upon receiving the parcel and making the payment, we recommend creating a video of the opening process. Before tearing the packaging, ensure that you clearly show the parcel and the order details. Proceed to open the parcel and carefully inspect the product while recording. Saving the video will provide valuable evidence in case the received product does not match your order.

We offer next day delivery service for most orders. For orders within Karachi, we typically offer next-day delivery service, ensuring prompt arrival of your package. However, for locations outside of Karachi, the delivery timeframe may extend to 2 to 4 days.

However, please note that the availability of next day delivery may vary depending on factors such as the destination location, product availability, and the time at which the order is placed. While we strive to provide next day delivery for as many orders as possible, there may be instances where it is not feasible due to logistical constraints or other circumstances. Rest assured, our team will work diligently to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, and we will provide you with the estimated delivery timeline during the checkout process.

Basic Warranty Information

At NOG Kart, our priority is ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If you encounter any manufacturing faults with your product, we offer a replacement within 3 days. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To return a product, contact our after-sales team with your order details. They will guide you through the process and provide return instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will conduct an inspection and inform you of the replacement status. If the item is eligible for a replacement, we will proceed with dispatching it to your address. Please note that the replacement process may take up to 4 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.

It is important to note that certain items, such as fragile products, charging ports, and small mobile parts, cannot be replaced. Refunds may also be denied for things that are damaged or not in their original condition. Our policy maintains the right to reject returns that do not fulfil these criteria.

Mobile LCD/LED Unit Panel Warranty Disclaimer

Please note that LCD/LED touch panel replacement is a technical task requiring expertise. We do not cover damages caused by misuse or incorrect installation under our warranty. We recommend consulting a professional technician for proper installation to avoid potential issues.

Glass Product Warranty Film Disclaimer

At NOG Kart, we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory experience with our glass products, such as Touch Digitizers, LCD/LED Panel Units, and Front Glass, which are covered under our limited warranty. To protect your warranty rights, we kindly request that you refrain from removing the clear/screen guard/protection warranty film or applying any adhesive until you have tested the product's functionality.

The warranty film serves as a crucial warranty label/sticker and contains essential warranty information from the vendor. Removing the tempered warranty film will render the product ineligible for the nogkart.com Limited Warranty.

We encourage you to carefully test the product's performance before removing the film to ensure its functionality aligns with your expectations. By keeping the film intact until testing, you can preserve your warranty coverage.

In-Display Fingerprint Scanner Warranty Notice

When it comes to original display screens equipped with the In-Display Fingerprint Scanner feature, we want to inform you that there is no guarantee or warranty for the functionality of the fingerprint scanner. It is important to note that issues with matching or calibration can often arise.

The calibration devices required for accurate fingerprint scanning are only available through authorized company providers. Therefore, please be aware that we do not provide a warranty for the working of the fingerprint scanner.

Disclaimer Regarding OLED and Master-Copy Displays

We would like to inform you that in OLED and other master-copy displays, it is possible to increase the bezel size. While these displays are not 100% original, they often offer better quality compared to lower-quality alternatives. However, it is important to note that the majority of these displays come with larger bezels.

Before placing an order, please take this into consideration and be aware that these displays may have larger bezels than the original ones.

How To Test

Product Functionality Testing and Warranty Film Notice:

To ensure the proper functionality of the product you have purchased, we recommend conducting a test before fully installing it. Please follow these steps:

  • Connect the product to your phone motherboard without fully fitting it and without removing any protective film.
  • Test the product's functionality to ensure it is working properly. Please note that during this testing phase, it is important to keep the protective warranty film intact and avoid applying any glue.
  • If you are satisfied with the product's performance after testing, you can proceed to attach it to your phone and use it for a few hours. Please continue to keep the protective warranty film in place and refrain from applying any adhesive.
  • Once you are completely satisfied with the product's functionality, you can remove all the protective warranty film and use your phone normally.

Warranty and Return Policy Disclaimer:

To provide clarity regarding our warranty and return policy, please take note of the following:

  • Replacement Procedure:

    In the rare event that the product is not functioning properly, please contact us within 24 hours to initiate the replacement procedure.
  • Void Warranty:

    Our warranty will be void under the following circumstances: a. The LCD display or touch panel is broken due to man-made reasons. b. The screen is glued or affixed to the device before testing its functionality. c. Water enters the screen. d. The warranty seal/label is removed.
  • Power Off for Installation:

    To protect the screen, kindly power off the phone before removing or installing the LCD/LED unit panels.
  • Responsibility for Incorrect Orders:

    We cannot assume responsibility for incorrect orders placed by the customer. If a vendor agrees to accept a return for such an order, a handling fee of 25% of the net product amount will be deducted. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.
  • Video Documentation:

    We recommend creating a clear video before testing the LCD/LED unit panels to ensure smooth installation and functionality. This documentation can be helpful if any issues arise.

Warranty Information for Other Mobile Parts:

  • Charging Ports:

    Please note that all mobile charging ports available on our website are brand new and have undergone rigorous QC testing. However, they do not come with a warranty or guarantee. We recommend checking the product variations before placing an order. For phones that support fast charging, it is advisable to choose the original charging port to ensure compatibility with fast charging. Please be aware that master copy charging ports do not include a fast-charging IC.
  • Other Mobile Parts:

    Items such as Back Camera Glass, Back Panel Glass, Camera Module, Connectors, Flex Cable, Full Body Housing, Speaker, Replacement Touch Glass, S-Pen, Side Keys Button, and Sim Tray do not come with a warranty. However, rest assured that these parts are brand new and have undergone meticulous quality control testing..
  • Wrong Product Delivery:

    If, by rare chance, a wrong product is delivered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our after-sales team within 24-48 hours to facilitate the replacement process. Kindly ensure that the wrong product is returned to our company address. Once received, we will promptly exchange it and send the correct product to your address via courier.
